Allied Specialty Vehicles Promotes Joyce Arnold to Corporate Aftermarket Key Account Manager

Orlando, Fla. (Thursday, October 8, 2015) – Allied Specialty Vehicles (ASV), a leading manufacturer of motor vehicles for commercial, fire & emergency and recreation markets, today announced that Joyce Arnold has been promoted to aftermarket key account manager of ASV’s RV division. Arnold will report to Jon Decker, aftermarket parts manager for ASV, and continues to be based in Decatur, Ind.

Arnold arrives from ASV’s Allied Recreation Group (ARG), which builds high-quality motorized recreational vehicles at its manufacturing facility in Decatur under the iconic brands of Fleetwood RV, American Coach, Holiday Rambler and Monaco. At ARG, Arnold has served as the national parts operations manager since 1995, following a promotion from service accountant where she first began her career with the company in 1985. In this position, she oversaw more than 130 employees in various locations of the aftermarket parts department, fostering a “partner-first” environment that catered to all aspects of aftermarket care for owners and dealers.

In her new role, Arnold will be immediately tasked with continuing to cultivate and strengthen business partner relationships and further grow the aftermarket dealer program. Her exceptional knowledge of the industry and phenomenal relationships with dealers will serve as a catalyst for program growth and expansion, including corporate-wide rollout and integration in 2016. She will also play an integral role in the strategic management of program accounts, including developing and implementing processes and systems that will create efficiencies and value-added operations in the aftermarket field. Additionally, Arnold will serve as a consultant and participate in aftermarket team strategies for future corporate-wide ASV growth and successes.
