A few helpful things to better serve you, our customers.
Due to the fact that we schedule our shop according to items and not Coaches, unless it is of an emergency or safety issue, we cannot allow any additions to the scheduled service appointment list. Please do not ask us to make any exceptions, we don't like to say no.
Please park your car with your Coach when it is spotted in a hook-up. Do not block parking spots with tow vehicles while unit is in for repairs. Assigned parking spots may change each day.
Your service writer will give updates on the progress of your Coach to you every afternoon and feel free to ask any questions you may have.
Units will be pulled out and plugged in at the end of the shift each evening, usually between 4:30-5:00PM (subject to change).
Please keep in mind that some items will be "work in progress" and will not be completed or signed off. However, do not hesitate to come to us with any concerns about a repair.
We will be out to pick up units at 7:15AM each morning, unless we specifically ask your permission to do something different.
Any communications about coach repairs must go through your service writer. Techs can only do what has been written on a repair order.
The customer lounge is open from 7:30 AM to 5:00PM. For the comfort of our coach owners with allergies and for the life of the furniture, we ask that you please keep pets off the furniture. Coffee and tea, TV and Computer hook ups and laundry facilities are available for your convenience during your stay. Please be considerate of others.
Currently, our shop rate is $92.00 per hour, with a half our minimum. Subject to change.
