1) The “Limit Stops” are adjusted to make
sure the awning extends and retracts fully. Note the manual crank
in the event power is lost. |
 |
2) A close-up of the previous awning’s mounting
screws. Once painted, they become almost invisible. |
| |
3) All of the G2000’s electronics are conveniently
located in the front overhead compartment. |
 |
4) Thru-bolts are located inside the coach’s cabinets.
We later trimmed the bolt studs to regain maximum cabinet space. |
 |
5) With the new awning box in place, a cleaner side of the coach’s
lines are revealed. |
 |
6) We opted for the optimal end-caps. We like the finished look
they provide to the awning’s box. |
 |
7) The Girard lateral supports means: no more head banging. |
 |
8) With a G2000 Girard, “made-in-the-shade” becomes
a way of life. |
 |
9) Later we painted all our awnings to match the Windsor’s
graphics.
